I made this painting for my mom for Mothers Day. It is 24”X18” acrylic on canvas. She has a huge mermaid collection and has been asking me for years to make her a mermaid painting! Not only a mermaid but a dolphin, blue whale, sea turtles, stingray, jellyfish, and more. The mermaid represents my mom, with her curly blonde hair and her many many books. I also used her favorite color for the tail! I put so much thought and time into this present and now I want to share prints, posters, and holographic stickers with all the other people it resonates with!
